Clara Rey CH

Clara Rey is a Certified Hypnocoach specializing in subconscious reprogramming, emotional healing, and somatic awareness. She helps individuals release deeply rooted patterns, reconnect with their inner authority, and embody lasting personal transformation through integrative hypnosis and coaching practices. She is also the creator of HypnobodyRelease a hypno-somatic program used to release the hypnotic patterns stuck in the body and the subconscious.

Her work blends contemporary hypnosis, NLP, parts work, and somatic integration to support sustainable change at both the emotional and identity levels.

She trained with Take Courage Coaching as a pain and neuropsychology coach. She also studied with Mike Mandel’s MHHA academy, along with learning from Mark Wiseman’s in his pioneering work in Erotic Hypnosis.

She also holds an MFA in Fine Arts & Graphic Design from Rutgers University.
